An expressive surge of peppery and gingery heat—black pepper, mustard seed and toasted oak lead the charge. That is elegantly offset by demerara sugar, mint toffee and sugar-coated almonds. A crisp eucalyptus whistle lifts the mid-sip, keeping the experience lively.
