Edition No. 2 is a collaboration between Master Whisky Maker Bob Dalgarno and the Roca brothers, the acclaimed chefs behind El Celler de Can Roca in Spain. Together, they selected seven unique cask types from four different bodegas to craft a whisky that reflects both their creative vision and flavor preferences.
Each cask contributes to a vibrant, layered expression that balances richness, warmth, and complex character.
